Resumo: This paper aims to analyse the program More Education, created by Ministry of Education, focusing on its policies of implementation in Brazil, and being aware of its rules in order to guide counties and schools. From previous works with the coordination department, in Secretary of Estate for Education, São Paulo was the chosen state to analyze the program and its actions as well. In that specific context, we decided on two themes: the educator's view and the relation between school and community. In order to map the procedures and supporting documents, we studied the implementation of the program in its performance phase, in the state of São Paulo. Taking both themes into account, we made two questions: 1) what is the educator's point of view in the document and who is the current educator participating in the activities?; 2) what is the cultural relation between the school and its community established by the document, and which is the effective relation existing in our Estate?. As previously mentioned, our focus is on the educator and the relation between school and community. Through this thematic delimitation, we check the boundaries and the possibilities of a full-time education, mobilizing another school organization to that pedagogical project. However, it is still a challenge to develop methods and concepts able to articulate awareness and dynamism. Our analysis consists in the elaboration of Activities Plan in schools, since we have clearly noticed how theory and practice come apart. Due to that conflicting background, we set the researcher's action in his/her role as a cartographer. Then, we expect that the environment drawings can be helpful to evaluate the role of educators, and the relation between school and community
