The research proposes to examine the foundations of the structure of criminal law in the context of crimes against property, through the dialectical method, aimed at reaching a better understanding before the differentiation of criminal relevance of this delitiva demonstration and further clarifying the regarding the efficacy of ends, declared and hidden, that are linked these standards. With the completion of clearance of unfair and reach the core of the property crimes is reached the object of research, namely: private property. Analyzes its own elements and contradictions in understanding his truth and his need or merit for the protection of criminal law
