Resumo: | This study is linked to the Master's Graduate Program in Education (PPGE/FB) in the research line "Culture, Educational Processes and Teacher Training", and to the "Laboratory and Study Group Education and Sexuality (LABGEDUS)", whose theme touches on educational processes. The main objective is to carry out a survey in the databases of public universities in the state of Paraná, in order to investigate scientific productions already published and/or in development, related to the theme "moral harassment in the university environment". promote a dialogue between moral harassment in the university environment, psychoanalysis and education as paths of human development. We carried out a qualitative and quantitative research, of a bibliographic nature, through a theoretical study obtained from scientific production at the master's level and PhD, from Public Institutions of Higher Education in the state of Paraná, which discuss Moral Harassment in the university environment, using as descriptors our analysis categories in the CAPES and BDTD databases. We located 17 (seventeen) state and federal universities, and 26 ( twenty-six) campus of the Federal Institute of Paraná. Stricto Sensu action in Education, 1 (one) federal and 6 (six) state. In addition to 20 dissertations and 2 theses. However, none of them specifically focused on bullying in the university environment. We also present the stricto sensu postgraduate courses in which these researches are inserted, not just focusing on one area of knowledge from the area of administration, health, law and public policy. Data were also displayed in graphs and tables to better visualize research and institutions. Most of this material was focused on bullying in the workplace, however, referring to the psychological suffering of the victim. Researches aimed at moral harassment in the academic environment are still few, but we show that many researches have approached this research because they are focused on the educational environment, that is, focused on basic education. This research seeks to generate debates on bullying in the academic-university space, in order to encourage the development of future research on the subject and that these contribute to the prevention and combat of bullying. |
