On this research, we have studied the territorialization of the capital agents in the South west of Paraná, standing out the milk and tobacco production and in the settlement of Linha Itaíba, in the country of Marmeleiro/Pr. Such process reveals central features of agriculture modernization and the subordination of rural family workers. Our main objective is to understand the process of superposition of tobacco and milky production territory, explaining the relation of power presented in the territorial disputes among big companies as Souza Cruz and Latco, besides the Milk Cooperative (CLAF), out standing its spatial practices and capacity of producing, making it circulate and redistribute their products in nets that compose a complex territoriality of control and subordination of family farmers producers.
