Resumo: Sustainability has a great value to organizations and society, due to its improvements on environmental, economic and social conditions. Consumers are more demanding on the final quality of the product purchased, they need information that will promote confidence. In this scenario, technologies with high values are incorporated into the process, always with the ultimate goal of a production on a larger scale. However smaller companies, such as the family, associations, cooperatives, does not always have to appeal, capital or knowledge to adherence in real time to these technologies. Traceability is another product from this research, enabling to present information to the consumer that seeks to learn more about the product purchased. His conception took place through the data entered in the software, through registers and releases performed for your reading adopts a Qr Scanner tool. In actual field tests, RASTRO and traceability showed satisfactory performance, requiring minor changes due to the internal process of the fridge, thus its viability attested by these.
