Resumo: | This study aimed evaluate growth performance, hematology parameters and proximate composition of silver catfish fed with diets containing 0, 10 and 20% of sun flower meal with or without phytase supplementation (1,500 FTU kg). 360 finger ling silver catfish (15.77 ± 0.56 g) were randomized distributed in 24 aquarium (1m3) allocated in masonry tank. The fish were fed for 90 days period with diets by four times a day. At the end of experimental period the fish were anesthetized with benzocaine (100 mg L-1) for evaluation of growth performance and hematology parameters. The data were submitted the variance analysis and when significance differences were observed he Tukey test was applied. There were no isolate effects of the treatments except for the weight gain that is lower in fish feed with 10% sunflower meal without phytase supplement. The hematological parameters showed no difference for red series but showed lymphocytosis and amonocytopenia in all treatments. The carcass composition of silver catfish is not differing. It was concluded that 20% of sun flower meal in the diet do not cause changes in the productive performance, hematology parameter sand chemical composition of silver catfish and the level of 10% of inclusion of sun flower meal can be recommended with supplementation no fphytase (1,500 FTU kg-1). |
