Resumo: | This research seeks to problematize the work relationships in Frimesa, Industrial Unif of Medianeira-PR, where I try to discuss how the experiences lived in the factory pressure the ways of life of workers and their families. I also point the way the workers dispute their spaces and build the city, understanding that these relations compose a number of significant quality when we think of social plots that are inert in tensions and conflicts. I proposed to investigate the working conditions experienced daily by the workers of the Frimesa Indústria production line. The contribution of this research was the rotation of these workers, the dynamics of the industry against the workers who fall ill, seeking to emphasize the diseases associated with this type of work and how the workers deal with this issue of illness, discussing the precariousness of work. Accordingly, the objective is to present part of the bibliography already raised about this topic as well as the methodology used for the problematization of oral sources, verifying their properties for a better understanding of labor relations in the refrigerator. |
