Resumo: | Abstract 1: Based on a theoretical and methodological plurality and belief in the need for interdisciplinary debates in Psychology, this article seeks to promote dialogues between the perspectives of Workers Health and Social Constructionism, recognizing this last one as a theoretical and methodological approach that offers contributions to relational intervention resources, which can be allies in work-related health care practices. It makes an historical conceptualizations of these two areas of knowledge and intervention, identifying points of contact between both - especially the importance of understanding the subject as historical and socially situated; the interconnection between work, identity and positioning; the emphasis on language; and the notion of the worker as a specialist of himself. Also it points out some possibilities of intervention in the context of the clinical practice of psychologists. Abstract 2:This essay proposes to think about contributions from the field of Work-Related Mental Health to therapists and psychologists that work on private practices, based on anecdotes that illustrate situations in which the topic “work” is present in the individual psychological clinic. It also seeks to reflect on interventions consistent with the assumptions of this field, which are configured as therapeutic practices sensitive to Social Constructionism, more specifically, to Collaborative Therapy. With this, it is expected to sensitize clinical psychologists and constructionist therapists about the relationship between mental health and work and, thus, expand the possibilities of care in this context, through resources that can help in the care of workers impacted by the work activity in their mental health in an ethical, political and transformative way. |
