Added to these factors conditioning the formation and growth of the neighborhood, the intense involvement of social work at the local Catholic Church to build houses and give them away free to those who present under failure conditions. Henceforth 1979, year training neighborhood until day today, consolidated, the largest city where characterizes one aspect rural regarding forms working and living conditions. Ways of life characteristic of the inhabitants of this place are the cores of this study. Guided me in the paths of several residents, pioneers in the neighborhood to guess, based on interviews, the various paths that have come to settle down in the district of the Sagrada Família. In this way arise the reasons and circumstances which made them move in varying proportions. In addition to living in the neighborhood, in this paper, I point collective formations designed and implemented by the residents as outputs and search for rights - and the city - within the city. Direct actions such as training jobs, exclusive to residents of the neighborhood, such as pottery and sand have supplied a port of the absence of government in their lives and enabled an uplift from the forms of work with which they were previously accustomed. Claiming school, leisure facilities, street paving, sanitation, water and electricity, health and community garden constituted demands for a long time, as needs have arisen since the beginning of the neighborhood and became guidelines for discussions after the formation of the Community Association of Residents of the District Sagrada Família. With the rise of this, it became possible to perform many of these demands. To make up these paths, as well as interviews, focus your discussion by analyzing the city's newspapers, municipal laws, decrees, state, federal, local works of memoir, books tumble of the local Catholic Church and other related sources composing the mosaic around this research.
