Resumo: This technical report presents the course of the development of a virtual learning environment in the Moodle platform called Radar Agro. As a result of an exploratory bibliographical and documentary research on rural entrepreneurship, branding, information technology and education, it is sought to find alternatives that allow a decomposition of agricultural commodities in Brazilian agribusiness. A commodity exploration and a high-risk economic activity, since agribusiness agents have no control over the selling price of their merchandise. Please inquire about the price through the supply and demand ratio. Sometimes markets are sold and sales prices below the cost of production, making agricultural activity unfeasible. In this sense, work with an aggregation of value to the products through a strategy of differentiation and obtain a greater control of the prices of the production, making possible the reach of new markets. However, without the educational process aimed at qualifying the rural producer as an entrepreneur, Brazil's agribusiness is limited to the segment of low value-added products. Considering the tradition, the courses of the Radar Agro educational platform seek to enable producers to manage their rural properties in a professional way through short courses, with an easily accessible didactic language
