Resumo: This thesis conducts the study of letters sent and received by Clarice Lispector, published in Correspondences. To this end, we selected some letters, which became public only in the last decade and were still little explored. Studies and analyzes seek to focus, above all, who actually speaks here: Clarice and her double self, writer or foreign. It is known that this writer has unique characteristics and intriguing. And, therefore, we seek, in their letters, identify some of its mysteries. Are themselves the novelist Clarice subtlety, the epiphany, the intensity, the flow of consciousness that sometimes result in some loss of logical sequence, these characteristics also observed in his personal letters. In fact, here we want to penetrate the intimate universe of this writer in order to explore its many facets, its ability to multiply, fictionalizing, even when writing to friends and family. As we enter their intimacy, we want a closer relationship with this writer and maybe this is possible only by the analysis of such letters. After all, who was Clarice Lispector?
