Resumo: This dissertation has to interpret the experiences of organizational misbehavior in public institutions of higher education located in the Triangle Mineiro and in the South Goiano. Organizational misbehavior is part of the dark side studies within the field of Organizational Behavior. There are several concepts that appear in the literature to define organizational misbehavior. These various concepts are confounded by so many definitions, so we use the more complete definition that is proposed by Vardi and Wiener (1996, p. 151) as "any intentional action by members of organizations that violates (a) organizational norms and expectations, "and or any intentional action that violates" (b) standard values and social mores with improper conduct. " We also work with the concept of organizational resistance that we consider to be a strategy for manifestations of bad behavior amid power relations. To reach the proposed objectives, we chose the public institutions of higher education in the Triângulo Mineiro and South Goiano for the field of research. We conducted individual interviews, semi-structured, using the projective technique, using images that portray scenes of poor organizational behavior. A critical discourse analysis was performed using the three-dimensional model of Fairclough (2001). From the analysis, we find several types of misbehavior such as: Physical aggression, Persecution, Discrimination, Moral Harassment, and Corruption and we also identified several resistance strategies such as daily resistance, silence, use of opinion in social networks and even manifestations of bad behavior as a form of retaliation. Thus through the critical analysis of discourse we reveal two relations of power expressed: the tensions between occupational groups and ideological tensions. We conclude that through these relations of power expressed is the emergence of various manifestations of organizational misbehavior and also the various strategies of resistance that may even be other forms of manifestation of organizational misbehavior.
