Resumo: | This paper explores the power relations established between children and media film viewer through disciplinary mechanisms, such as the placement of speeches on current thematics that acts \"teaching\" modes of being. In the course of the interpretation of speeches, we select two feature films, animation genre, highlighting the following themes in the movie Up: High adventures we observe the cultural constructions mediated by cinema; and a few society/nature relations, focusing the approaches: search to find the place of belonging in the world, linking the memories and cultural roots to the demands of the contemporary world; and return of the human to the natural environment in an attempt to escape the urban reality. In production How to train your dragon the thematics selected for analysis were: the search for the place of belonging in society, and conflicting relationships with the environment, especially in the process of domestication of wild animals. Both productions have their singularities: Up: High adventures portrays contemporary society where everything is flowing. It is shown the need to move, change and speed - peculiarities that Mr. Fredricksen (character of the movie Up: High adventures) can not keep up at the beginning of the movie, the movie How to train your dragon design a moral lesson about how children and young people can make a difference with their actions - these lessons that mask a speech disciplining and normalizing, remodeling new subjects and new identities attached to the societies of origin. We performed a characterization of the characters allowed in some joints between the films, as the observation that both main characters are displaced from their society, recognizing the need to overcome certain boundaries to find their place of belonging: Mr. Fredricksen need to become a new subject, adapted to the multiple requirements of the contemporary world quite different from the community in which I lived in childhood; already Soluço (character of the movie How to Train Your Dragon) is faced with the need to maintain the cultural roots of society in which lives with the will to break these Through resources produced by film language, which involves ambiance of the scenarios, the soundtrack, the câmeras game, the productions maintains direct contact with the viewer, using the figure of the character to share feelings and emotions. |
