The research seeks, above all, to study the capacity that the formal part of the mechanisms that deal with conflicts, in Brazil, has to free the desire (under the philosophical scope of Deleuze and Guattari). In other words, the work is concerned with the ability of the compositional processing, in addition to responding to the demand brought by the conflict, to contribute to the strengthening of a peacemaking culture capable of acting, including the prevention of new conflicts and the exercise of citizenship in a more fertile and participatory manner. Then, on the basis of the Deleuzeguattariana work and the selected bibliography, the compositional establishment was subjected to criticism and notes with which it was possible to conclude that, in general, the traditional means of managing the controversies (which includes the class of jurisdictional equivalents) are not capable of enunciating singularities and creative forms of composition. From this conclusion, the work began to map practices and initiatives that, in the informal pole of action, have played such a role and that, despite being promising, remain unnoticed by formal instances of power and composition. In view of this peacemaking potential that, diuturnamente, is wasted in the Brazilian context, the present study proposes the establishment of a cooperative and mutual learning relationship between the spheres identified by formal and informal in the mission of managing conflicts and ambiguities that present themselves in society. It is worth mentioning, finally, that the text is guided by the schizoanalytic method - which has been carefully scrutinized (never defined) for the purpose of this research - whose purpose is to free the creative processes of existence and that, in application to the compositional dynamics, led to the identification of ways, among other things, to promote citizenship; to improve the political powers of the members of the community; to induce reflection and management of social actors and to prevent damages and/or collapses in general.
