This research has aimed to investigate the place/position occupied by the Therapeutical Accompaniment clinic concerning the psycho-social practices. Field and bibliography research were carried out, having used open interview as instrument and interpretation psychoanalysis as methodology. The results to this work show that the practice of Therapeutical Accompaniment clinic is accompanied by hierarchical relationships and specialized knowledge.This practice is based not only on an erratic and experimental ethic, but also on one of tutelage, inter-dialogue and social reheabilitation. Because this clinic began in the midst of the psycho practices ( psychiatry, psychoanalysis, psychology) it reproduces its values and ethics as well as allows reflections on the necessity of building-up practices that take into consideration its complexity and dynamism.In conclusion, Therapeutical Accompaniment needs strategies that allow the invention/creation of new knowledge and practice to consider its erratic and experimental; qualities by which it is strongly identified with.
