Resumo: | This research was developed in the Graduate Program in Education, from Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU, on line research on Mathematics and Science Education. The following guiding questions were: What think children/teenagers about teenagers\'s health booklet distributed in schools participating in the School Health Program - PSE? What is the effect of information health booklet on the life of children/adolescents and to the work of the Science teacher in the classroom? What students/children/teenagers from elementary public school participating in the PSE Program, presents about sexuality? In this way, we sought to develop this research toidentify how the School Health Program, through the teenagers\' s health booklet, contributes to education for sexuality. For this we aimed to find outwhat children/teenagers think about the about the teenagers\' s health booklet distributed in schools participating in the School Health Program PSE, we sought to know the effect of information booklet in the life of children/teenagers and the work of the Science teacher in the classroom, and rose what students/children/adolescents in elementary education at public schools that participate in the PSE program know about sexuality. The book, one of the sources of the research, was constituted as one of public policy actions destined at teenagers\'s life (with emphasis on training for sexuality) of the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Ministry of Education in Brazil and materials aims to support boys and girls in what the official organs responsible for their production style of phase changes and own discoveries of adolescence. It is well known that learning in school reinforces the cultural markers in individuals, determining what is and is not acceptable in their conduct. Meet the discourses and practices involved in the act of teaching is fundamental so that they can recognize the cultural and theoretical trademarks of training in order to provide the acquisition of new knowledge and the reshaping of actions.The theoretical foundation is guided centrally, in studies of sexuality, gender and education and in perspective of discourse and sexuality from the works of Michel Foucault. From methodological point of view, the study is inserted within the framework of qualitative research in education, and conducted the survey of information through reading and analysis of the booklet, the use of questionnaires and focus group targeted to elementary school students and interviews with Science teachers from two public schools in Uberlândia/MG. In general, from the speech of the subjects of this research and analysis of the booklet, comes to the conclusion that the booklet focuses on promoting health and sexuality in this material is treated, more specifically, in the biomedical optics, which emphasizes prevention and care. In his statements and images are provided speeches of self-care and gender identity that frame, discipline, regulate and mediate the bodies and behaviors of the subjects. |
