Resumo: | Psychoanalytical readings have been indicating how, in contemporary times, the adolescent body has occupied a central place in the expression of malaise and traumatic marks. Listening to the sexually abused body in childhood, and its reverberations in adolescence, deal with the instinctual excess that threatens the subject's integrity. The body is summoned in an attempt to deal with the anguish of what is unspeakable and unrepresentable. The objective outlined in this research was to analyze the process of psychic subjectivation of an adolescent victim of sexual violence in childhood, seeking to understand/examine the resource of the body as an important way of expressing the traumatic event and the signifiers that sustain these manifestations. The patient Aurora, a clinical case of this research, at the age of eleven, was referred for psychological follow-up after reporting sexual violence perpetrated by her grandmother's husband. The study was supported by the research method and psychoanalytic therapeutic technique. The consultations lasted for fifteen months and the analysis of the case showed important elements such as the transition to adolescence and the strangeness generated, the body as an expression of psychic suffering after the traumatic experience and the mother-daughter relationship in coping with affective impasses. The transferential relationships provided conditions for traumatic recollections, the creation of other means of expression and representation beyond the body and notes on the mother-daughter bond. The research highlighted the importance of sustaining care with the understanding of the specific ways of expressing pain and psychic suffering in adolescence. Finally, Psychoanalysis emerged as an important driver of reflection and, in this sense, it leveraged a significant discussion on coping with sexual violence against children and adolescents. |
