Resumo: The paper presents research data linked to the Communication Technologies and Interfaces line with the Graduate Program in Technologies, Communication and Education (PPGCE) of the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), which deals with the relationship between Law and Technology. Technological advances have transformed the production processes of goods and services, giving rise to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), which enable the emergence of new work processes, with time savings, increased production, and greater communication efficiency, influencing the legal field. In this way, along with the range of digital resources that are available in this new contemporary world, many problems can even be solved with the help of technologies developed from Revolution 4.0 onwards, and one of these problems is the work overload of the Public Prosecutors working in the Attorney Tax Adjunt Office of the Municipality of Uberlândia/MG. Thus, the main objective of the research is to verify how the automation of robotic processes can contribute to the reduction of the workload of the attorneys assigned to the Attorney Tax Adjunt Office of the Municipality of Uberlândia/MG. In this context, the methodology used regarding the nature of the sources was the bibliographical review and documentary research, regarding the treatment and analysis of data, participant research was carried out, regarding the approach, the research was quantitative and qualitative, and in relation to the objectives, the research characterized in a descriptive-exploratory and explanatory way. In this way, we sought to present an application plan that assists in an implementation of a computational system with automation of robotic processes and workflows, which collaborate in the management of judicial processes, contributing to the reduction of the workload of the Attorneys assigned to the Attorney Tax Adjunt Office of the Municipality of Uberlândia.
