Resumo: | This research aimed to instigate the students in a class of 9th grade Youth and Adult Education in a public school from the Federal District in reading poems in a collaborative work in literature classes. The research proposed was build as consequence of demander from literature teaching, more specifically, poetry, which has been relegated in Brazil’s schools for many years and the fact that Portuguese classes in teaching modality in reference still has few time to study Poetic texts. The perspective selected here comes from literary text reading with an adaptation of the basic sequence (COSSON, 2014, p.51-72) to the reality of the class in focus. As methodological development, it was used workshops, audiovisual records, collection of institutional documents to compose the corpus of the work, etc. Besides, it was used technological features such as notebook, digital camera, Windows Movie Maker program, sound box with microphones, among others. It used an action research procedure (THIOLLENT, 2011), which allowed the teacher know the problem and how to act on this problem. Eight poems was selected, which offered wide possibilities to do an exploration around the language used in the poems; as formal and aesthetics’ aspects in each chosen poems: 1) "Seven years of Jacob pastor served”, Luis Vaz de Camões; 2) "Peleja the Blind Aderaldo Ze Pretinho the Tucum”, Firmino Teixeira do Amaral; 3) "Quadrille”, Carlos Drummond de Andrade; 4) "poetry is portal, refuge ...” of Nicolas Behr; 5) "The song of the earth”, Cora Coralina; 6) "The boy who carried water in a sieve”, Manoel de Barros; 7) "which has passed”, Paul Leminski; 8) "On the way, with Mayakóvsky”, Eduardo Alves da Costa. These poems integrate, with the student’s texts, the Poetics Activities Book, one of the products of this project. As mediator of reading, the teacher of Portuguese language should value the work with poetry also in the Youth and Adult Education, as well as other literary genres, as it is one of the most responsible for contributing collective and significantly with the expansion of literary horizons from the students. |
