Resumo: Training For Work Can Be Observed Since The Colonial Period. However, The Organization Of Professional Education In An Institutionalized Way Has Been Modified Over The Years According To The Societies That Used It For Social Construction. In Brazil, No Different, The Institutionalization Of Professional Education Has Gained Variants In Accordance With Government Directives. Today We Come Across An Institutionalized Professional Education That Seems To Have Adopted A New Discourse In Relation To That Initially Carried Out (The Master's Discourse). In This Way, The Present Study Investigated The Presence And Effects Of This New Discourse, The Discourse Of The Capitalist, Bringing Psychoanalysis Closer To The Context Of The Technical School. To That Effect, A Qualitative Research Was Conducted Through Questionnaires With Professors And Students Of A Technical School In The City Of São Paulo.
