Resumo: | This Dissertation Is A Result Of The Personal History Of Its Author, Especially In Relation To Its Involvement With The Sem University Movement, Participation In The Project Cursinho Popular Na Periferia, Developed By This Movement, And Engagement In The Popular Struggle For The Right To Higher Education . Fruit Of This History Precisely Because The Initial Theme, The Fear Of The University, Arose In One Of The Activities Linked To The Said Project. During The Masters Course, For Several Reasons, The Project Underwent Several Changes Until It Became A Study About The Trajectories Of Students In Search Of Their Place In Higher Education As Well As On The Collective Construction Of The Paths That Lead To The University. To Do So, We Conducted A Narrative Review On Barriers And Facilitators Present In The Trajectories Of Transition From High School To Higher Education, Drawn Mainly By Poor Students From Public Schools.
