Resumo: | Within the current historical context, we see within education great challenges being proposed in pedagogical practices, innovations that come to leverage new ways of doing in the classroom, appropriation of new educational tools. Thus, education professionals in the discipline of history must also promote to their students an education in which learning enables them to understand the cultural, social and economic historicity that surrounds them, integrating them into their community. Thus, the contribution of authors concerned with a greater understanding of the importance of teaching local history and the rescue of their historical and social identity will be used, emphasizing the understanding of the development of methodologies that favor a teaching of History committed to the insertion of history classroom, to enhance students' daily lives. Within this perspective, this work aims at the elaboration of didactic material about the history of the municipality of Nova Candelária-RS, bringing texts, photographs, testimonies of elderly people and from different sectors of society, maps, laws, symbols, receipts, among others, as research sources. Methodically the use of academic and other productions created by the mother municipalities that would be: Crissiumal and Boa Vista do Buricá, and also from the municipalities of Três Passos, Palmeira das Missões, which was also a territory in a more distant period; interviews with older residents, data collected from personal collections and the city hall and museum of the municipality, thus making oral or documentary dialogue, a story considered official with the orality identified from experiences lived at different times in local history. |
