Technology advances in the legal world, so that artificial intelligence is already presented as a means for making jurisdictional decisions. In this sense, this research proposes an intersection between State, Law and Process Theory, focusing on one of the dimensions of the Decision Theory problem. From a phenomenological approach, inserted in the linguist turn, we intend to investigate, from a legal-hermeneutic perspective, the possibility of obtaining a correct answer from a jurisdictional decision mediated by Artificial Intelligence. The procedure used is bibliographic, using literature essential for explaining the basic theory, in order to substantiate and support the research developed here. The technique adopted is records and summaries. To a certain extent, the study intends to discuss Decision Theory in the face of the linguistic turn and the technological turn, making them compatible to some extent and identifying the blind spots in the proposals that defend technological solutionism for the crisis of judiciary power.
