The need for improved delivery systems reflects an increase in the reliability of these systems, allowing greater comfort for the consumers and also enabling the expansion of commercial and industrial activity since interruptions compromise their production. In this sense the electric utilities have sought to invest increasingly in electrical studies planning of the operation, seeking to meet a seasonally market clients that need for a certain period, a high quality score and reliability of the utility systems.
