Resumo: The current media involvement provides that producers and receptors of sense participate actively on the narrative of events (FAUSTO NETO, 2008), so that the receptor moves forward, in many ways what, is received, one of them is the circulation manifested in social network (BRAGA, 2012). Therefore, we assumed as theme of research the circulation of senses on digital environments in society with media involvement. From that, we analyzed downstream circulation flux ahead of senses about the civil-military dictatorship, moved by the vote of Jair Messias Bolsonaro, federal deputy at the time, during the opening of the process of impeachment of president Dilma Rousseff, on April, the 17th of 2016, at the Chamber of Deputies of Brazil. We comprehended Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote as an event that calls a past and opens a horizon of possibilities (QUÉRÉ, 2005). The circulation of “Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote” updated discursive logics related to the memory and forgetting process in relation to the period of Brazilian civil-military dictatorship (1964-1985). Besides that, we realized a circulation of biopolitical hate speech in the event “Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote”. This biopolitical hate is spread against certain sectors of society, considered undignified, included, to live (FOUCAULT, 2005). For this purpose, our research problem is about how the circulation of the event “Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote” mobilized senses on Brazilian civil-military dictatorship. The methodology develops from our own methodological design, since to investigate the downstream circulation flux, we need to build peculiar paths, because the circulation of senses does not follow a linear or pre-stablished trajectory. We used an individualization of the event (FRANÇA e LOPES, 2016) to determine how to build the event “Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote”, as well as to map the circulation. Whereas to investigate how biopolitical hate circulate from the event “Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote” besides the analysis on how the memory about the civil-military dictatorship is updated in the event “Jair Bolsonaro‟s vote”, we moved to discursive analysis. To finish we realized the power of revelation of the event, which is in the past that it calls and in the public issue that is points through update of the memory of civil-military dictatorship reverberated in the circulation of senses in digital environment and yet through intensification of biopolitical hate in Brazilian scenario.
