Resumo: | This work presents the study of the work routine for patients' corporal hygiene in the bed. It is looked for, when balancing technical functions with the social aspects, to contribute for the increasing of the people's comfort with impossibility of they accomplish his/her own corporal hygiene and to minimize the efforts of those that aid in the bath task in hospitals and home. The bath is described as fundamental action of the corporal hygiene, that when used as model can be taken as prevention and improvement of the conditions of health at community levels. It is also observed the understanding in the education services and of attendance, once this study seeks to bettering the professional practice of those involved permanently in the work of taking care of person bedridden. Emphasis is given to the concept of humanization of the dipped work of solidarity. The work is divided in four parts. The background theory detaches the historical evolution of concepts like health, hygiene and bath and their correlates terms to a group of human and social values. The focal theory emphasizes the system of work "bath in the bed", describing it under the nursing procedures. In the data theory, the baths in the bed tasks are described, to form a diagnosis of the situation. In the contribution, it is presented some ideas for the patients' comfort and the improvement of the work of those people involved in the corporal hygiene. |
