Resumo: | Violence against women has a multidimensional character and the attention to women in situation of violence should happen through articulated network and representative of the women's needs. There are still many difficulties regarding the organization of services, their networking and the needs of the teams themselves to work on the subject in an integrated way. In this sense, this proposal has as theoretical assumption that the continuity of attention for women in situations of violence is enabled by the communicative articulation between professionals of the services. The object of study was the continuity of care for women in situations of violence, in the municipality of Santa Maria-RS. The general aim of the study was to collectively build tools to make feasible the communicative articulation between service professionals of women in situations of violence for the construction of networking. Method: qualitative research of convergent type assistance (PCA), which had as participants 32 professionals from the Integrated Group to Confront Violence in Santa Maria-RS (GTIEV), is intersectoral group composed of health professionals, social workers and public security. The GTIEV meets at the Federal University of Santa Maria, and its coordination is linked to the University Hospital of Santa Maria. Data were produced through 10 convergent meetings from March to July 2015, in Santa Maria, RS, Brazil. The data were submitted to content thematic analysis. Results: the themes originated in the research focused on the actions developed by the professionals in the different services involved; about the potentialities and difficulties found in the practice to create a network of care for women in situations of violence, as well as on the appropriate content of an instrument to establish a communicative articulation of the actions of assistance to women in situation of violence in the services, with view to give network service continuity. The main results of the assistance and educational practice were the collective reconstruction of the care flow chart and construction of the communication roadmap for services. Contacted that there is a need for institutional formalization of the built devices, just as the articulation between the services requires the involvement and the commitment of the professionals with communication and the guarantee of the continuity of the care. The content produced by PCA subsidized the change in practice in health and other sectors involved in the problem, since it contributed to the empowerment of GTIEV professionals’ about the topic and the need to organize spaces of articulation of the group with other services involved with the care for women. |
