Resumo: In recent decades, we have been living in a period of transition, where rapid technological, cultural and social changes have taken place, but the most profound has occurred in children and adolescents, who are already born adapted to digital culture, unlike previous generations who need to learn this new way of living. This set of changes directly affects the classroom, new student profiles imply pedagogical transformations and new learning processes that often put such different generations in opposition. In this context, history teachers should promote in their classes learning that enables the understanding of history, especially in relation to the local culture, rescuing the historical, social, religious and economic identity of the community that surrounds them. The present work is in line with this proposal for the transformation of education, as it aims to develop teaching material about the municipality, based on cultural heritage. The theme is the teaching of the History of Panambi/RS through Heritage Education in Basic Education, using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT's). The desired objectives are to inventory the heritage assets of the municipality of Panambi-RS that can be cataloged in My Maps and to systematize the different possibilities of understanding the concept of Heritage, using Heritage Education and the Study of the Environment as a methodology. The product presented is an interactive map of the heritage assets of the municipality of Panambi-RS, to be used in history classes in the early and final years of elementary school, linking learning to the diversity of objects of knowledge, to the use of new technologies and preparing the student to be a researcher.
