Resumo: The present research is being developed in the Professional Master's Course in Educational Technologies in Network and is based on the bibliographic study, field research that is being developed, and finally, the academic and professional experience of the researcher, with the guarantees and the right to the education of children and adolescents, which he expressed during his internship with the Public Ministry of Cruz Alta, awakening the deepening of the use of technologies applied in conjunction with the Infrequent Student Communication Form - FICAI, the present study aims to analyze the limits and possibilities of enhancing the platform in school management actions through technologies. As well, the subject was chosen because FICAI started in the physical format and today it is in electronic format, becoming a technological tool that allows the integration of data from students who dropped out in schools in the Municipality of Cruz Alta/RS, providing knowledge about the measures that each responsible body carried out, in each specific case. The methodology used in this case will be deductive, and the field research procedure is being applied, with the municipality of Cruz Alta, which will analyze how the process takes place in different local agents such as: 5 State schools, 5 Municipal schools, Public Ministry and Guardianship Council, applied together with those responsible for feeding this technological tool, which is the online FICAI and at the end of the analysis we will have as a product proposals for strategies and increments that facilitate communication and interaction between the competent bodies through WhatsApp.
