Resumo: |
This dissertation analyzes student migrations from educational policies within the context of the public universities context, in particular at the Federal University of Sergipe, between 2007 and 2017 on the campuses of São Cristóvão and Aracaju. The research is based on the study of migratory studies, Brazilian internal migrations, and the process of globalization, in order to understand the various developments and to contextualize the set of factors that make it possible for student mobility in UFS. The research problem consists in the relationship between student and access to higher education, the contribution of interregional student mobility and the configuration of vacancy provisions in undergraduate courses. Thus, research deals with the relationship between student migration, access to public higher education and the local dimension of adherence to the Program to Support Restructuring and Expansion Plans of Public Universities, the National Examination of Secondary Education and the Selection System Unified in student entry selection. For this, the methodology used was statistical data analysis, with the help of Excel software and document analysis, these procedures are important to understand the context and the dynamics established by the students who migrated. The results of the research show that the student migrations in UFS starts from a regional context with differentiated dynamics of displacements. Thus, the dynamics of student mobility assume different characteristics, but are fostered by the insertion of educational policies for public higher education. |
