Resumo: |
The thematic of the research is the pedagogical use of physical activities for the elderly people with techniques and exercises through protocol in the correlation of health and environment. Inserts in the problematic of environmental questions for referring to collective health and of the elderly. Is about a proposal of access to health by the elderly, from physical activities with protocols that puts them in healthy practices with the environment. From the politic question in the correlation of health and environment of the elderly people and the sustainable development goals (SDG), this research had as goal to analyze the pedagogical use of physical activities protocol of the elderly people with the contribution to environmental science. It is a basic/pure of bibliographic nature research, analytical descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approach, because puts the description of health/environment in the correlation with elderly people. The proposed method is active with the technique of Problem Based Learning (PBL) following the seven steps: reading of the problem, identification and enlightening of unknown terms; identification of the problems proposed by the enunciated; formulation of explanatory hypothesis for the problems identified in the previous step based on the knowledge they have; hypothesis summary; goals formulation; individual studies of subjects brought up in learning; feedback to the tutorial group to rediscuss the new knowledge acquired in the previous study phase. The found results was: the importance of considering the elderly as participants in living together in citizenship; the changes in the age pyramid resulting from the growth of the population increase with emphasis on the female sex; the resistance of the male sex with health caring; the stereotypes historically built regarding the elderly people arising from the capitalist model; the need to reset politics of promotion and prevention of health to the elderly with multidisciplinary teams; the impacts occasioned in the elderly people by the uprooting, and reterritorialization of the environment. Faced with the instrumentalization of Didactic Sequel and enlargement with Active Method, via PBL’s methodology were built the following didactic/technologic products: Digital Protocol of Physical Activities and Health Monitoring for the Elderly (ProDASPI); Physical Activity Guide for Elderly People (GAPI); Interactive Almanac for Elderly People (APLPis). Therefore, the public politics of attention to elderly people’s health need to consider the local reality and the community engagement for strengthening the communication and bond construction, a fact that can trigger the feeling of belonging in the involved subjects and their biopsychosocial aspects. |
