To present dissertation it aimed at to analyze the gender relationships built in the context of the work in the services of the supplemental health in a company operator of plans of health that is thirsty in the city of Aracaju. The methodological option relapsed for the qualitative methodology through the study of case organizacional in the company that until the year of 2008 it stopped 32% of the slice of the market in the state of Sergipe. The population integrates 367 workers, led by 700 doctors' representatives. The knowledge produced in this study had the support of different sources, bibliographical and you document, being prioritized the accomplishment of 21 interviews semi-structured with workers and managers of the company (06 men and 15 women). The results inform that the formation processes for the work and the institutional criteria of good acting of the tasks are guided by values that reproduce the gender inequalities, even with the predominance of the feminine labor in all the hierarchical levels of the company. Comparatively to the work friends, the women have larger difficulty to enlarge your career projects and profession through the training and continuous qualification. The permanence of patriarchal values in the organization (space public) and I space in the domestic (private space) it limits the solidarity and the justness in the sexual division of papers, even in the cases in that the women are the exclusive ones supplying of the family. The need emerges of building good administration practices, making possible the change of promotion experiences and the gender justness, through work relationships without discriminations in reason of the sex, race, among others; that also assure the salary justness among workers close to the access of the women to the direction positions. |
