The corporate education, education of the worker, the professional formation and the training entailed to the techniques and proposals of new forms of organizational management of the production and the re-structuralizing process of the works are intensified during the 1990 decade and the starts of the XXI century. The educational politics and the education crisis only will be understood in the field of the crisis of the proper capitalism system. In view of this, the corporative universities appear as established educational systems in ambit of the organizations for attendance of its workers, as alternative for assure a sized education , a directed, pragmatics and useful education for a enterprise ambient. Being defined as object of this work the Universidade Corporativa do Banco do Brasil and, as objective, the analysis of the paper of this institution as educational offer for his workers formation and qualification, it was opted to the dialectical method of dynamic and totalising interpretation of the reality. It s important consider that is impossible the analysis of the facts that disregards their social, political and economical contexts. This research consists in a case study, with exploratory character, prevailing the qualitative approach, having as study field the Universidade Corporativa do Banco do Brasil , from Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil. The primary data had been collected through interviews with 30 workers of the bank and the secondary data had been gotten in books, master dissertations, informative bulletins and articles. From the analysis process, categories had been emerged, that had articulated their self with a set of inquiries of the interview and the proper theoretical requisites to elucidate the central question of the research. The carried through analysis had demonstrated that the workers of the Banco do Brasil identify the possible contribution of the corporative university for their formation and qualification, however, they had shown several difficulties that impede better exploitation of the resources offered by the university. |
