Tract in the following text, about an free fair in northeastern Brazil, the fair of Jacintinho in the analog name neighborhood in the city of Maceió, State of Alagoas, Brazil. Introducing, through an ethnography is present as an free fair of great importance to the city, which coincides with the origin of the neighborhood regarding your formation, through the relationships that enables, guided the research the notions of exchange (Mauss 1974, 2003; MALINOWSKI 1976, 1986), and sociability and interaction (Simmel, 2006), as factors present in plural and comprehensive environment, which is an free fair. Bringing here a survey about the origin of the practice as we conceive it today, apart from the first moments of interaction registered in the Brazil, as possible to be interpreted as an ever-present practice even if not formalized, institutionalized. And through the ethnography and their techniques, how to present the fair Jacintinho today, since it is a practice in constantly adapting for being a fluid social phenomenon in its characteristics, adequacies, and importance to people who make it happen. |
