This research aimed to understand the griotic knowledge present in the play of Embelêcos, in Povoado Capunga, in Moita Bonita-SE. For this purpose, we mediate a “rational-experiential process” of playing with teachers and griote apprentices of Embelêcos, where the researcher herself places herself as a griote apprentice, aiming to absolve, learn and keep the knowledge produced from the oral tradition. We proceed with the identification of the village's griós masters and their knowledge, based on oral tradition. For this, we set out to learn about the history of the village and their encounters with the oral tradition of the Embelêcos kept in the memory of the wise men of orality. Our proposal was, after the initial survey of the Embelêcos artistic-cultural manifestation, to proceed by the collective construction of a Workshop with the Embelêcos masters, identified by the community. We are theoretically anchored in the notion of oral tradition as the knowledge and practices of the culture of a people, transmitted and recognized collectively through orality and corporality from generation to generation, within the scope of non-formal education. From these paths that are being taken under the inspiration of the Participatory Action Research - IAP, interwoven with Griô Pedagogy and writing sometimes inspired by sensitive ethnography, we walk with the griô knowledge of the Embelecos of the Capunga village, in Moita Bonita - SE. With them we experience musical, plastic, visual and nature knowledge. Knowledge that subverts, resists and reexists. |
