Resumo: |
This research was to analyze the general conceptions/contradictions of (the) coordinators/facilitators and teachers involved with the implementation of Project Health and Prevention in Schools (HPS), lead for the Ministries of Education and Health, that has as objective central office the promotion of the sexual health and the reproductive health, aiming at to reduce the vulnerability of adolescents and young people on sexually transmitted diseases, HIV infection, aids and unplanned pregnancy, articulated through the development of actions in the context of schools and basic health units. This way, anticipated that the implementation of the HPS in Aracaju/SE presents difficulties in achieving proposed goals total in his underwear. In the operationalization of this research, understood that the review of the relationship between education, health and sexuality allowed interlocution with the historical-critical approach and consequently, with the insertion in 2004, the HPS in Aracaju, capital of the State of Sergipe. The methodological research fell on the Case Study and qualitative approach. The process of data collection and use of sources, questionnaires with open and closed questions and official documents, semi-structured interviews were privileged. However, sought to preserve the anonymity of respondents. Set to 04 (four) Public Educational Units of state and municipal networks, 02 (two) for each public school, and therefore 4 (four) teachers who currently develop Project HPS in Aracaju/SE. Also called (the) 02 (two) coordinators/facilitators (the) HPS, 01 (one) for each public school, to attend interviews. The analysis of data was prioritized the content analysis method for the study of the motivations, attitudes, values, beliefs, trends, and adding, to unravel the ideologies that may exist in legal provisions, principles, guidelines, etc., that simple view not presented with sufficient clarity. After the transcription of the reports of the teachers and of (the) coordinators/facilitators (the), qualitative analyses were undertaken, resulting in grades from every aspect focused on interviews, where the contents were as criteria in the responses of the teachers, their points of convergence, divergence and isolated (unlike other reported). Then the same criteria were used to the responses of (the) coordinators/facilitators (the) and ended up grouping the answers given by teachers and by (the) coordinators/facilitators (the) seeking to establish points of convergence, divergence and isolated between them. Based on the data it is possible to conclude that the goals proposed by the HPS are not being fully achieved, due to the reduction of working hours in continued training for the implementation of the HPS; rejection in approaching the thematic ones of the SPE for the too much teachers of Public Educational Units that had implemented it; lack of involvement of health professionals; neglect of school management to cooperate in the implementation of the HPS; and the lack of actions directed to students with special educational needs. |
