Identidade docente dos professores-alunos egressos do Programa Rede UNEB 2000 : uma "teia" de múltiplos "fios"

Resumo: This study is the result of research work carried out with 97 (ninety-seven) teachers-students graduating in the classes of 1999 and 2002 of the Intensive Program in Teacher Training Exercise UNEB 2000, offered by the campus VII of the University of Bahia in the town of Senhor do Bonfim, Bahia. The main objective of this work is to analyze the process of construction of teaching identity of the teachers-students in conjunction with their professional careers, taking by reference the experience in the training in pedagogy in the Network Program UNEB 2000. In this context, are identified the conceptions of the teachers-students about the "To Be teacher" and the images that they make of themselves through their educational and professional careers. It was chosen by a study of methodological nature qualitative of sociological inspiration centered on the use of comprehensive interview as main strategy of production and data analysis, being recorded the narrative of 10 (ten) teachers-students graduating. Still as a methodological resource was realized documentary research and application of semi-open questionnaire with 61 (sixty one) of the subjects. The Data analysis indicates that, according to the narratives of the subjects, the professional identities from the teachers-students graduating of the Pedagogy Course Program Network UNEB 2000 were (re) meant setting in a constitution process of a new professional habitus, however it was affirmed that the dynamics of construction and reconstruction of the professional identities is characterized by the constant movement, from "multiple threads" that weave the professional identity
