This research had as its main objective to analyze the treatment of the dissemination of information about the action of REUNI resources on the Campus de Lagarto. The Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES), including the Federal University of Sergipe, are entities of the Indirect Administration, and as such, they must carry out their activities in accordance with the legislation and internal normative acts.The theme is relevant for Public Administration because it involves the participation of citizens in the control of management acts and, thus, makes them as efficient as possible and contributes to the generation of satisfactory results for its users. It is, therefore, a qualitative, single-case, descriptive and exploratory research. It adopted the documentary and bibliographic technique embodied in the analysis of secondary data and the technique of content analysis conducted by the search for elements that answer the question of its objectives was also used. It can be seen that the research showed that the UFS did not present a clear disclosure of the budget data of the REUNI program, for its users, through a specific report and without data processing. Finally, this research supported the construction of a model for assessing transparency in the execution of resources destined for UFS budgetary actions, which aimed to evaluate the characteristics and practices according to the level of transparency of the results found and considering the established definitions of each level of transparency. And, after assessing and identifying the levels of transparency, suggest necessary improvements and recommendations. |
