This research is the result of an analysis of the Urbanity in public spaces that aimed to investigate the Urbanity of the Complex Poliesportivo Ayrton Senna da Silva considering the urban and landscape planning. The methodology used consisted of identifying and analyzing urban phenomena in a holistic view on the human needs of recreation, entertainment, well being along with the equipment and mechanisms implanted in these free areas. A bibliographical and documentary survey was carried out in order to compare the theoretical and empirical basis, besides the field research subdivided in observation visits, data collection and space analysis. To this end, a georeferenced survey of qualitative and quantitative information of the Complex was carried out, as well as adoption and revision of methodologies pertinent to the theme for the generation of thematic maps as well as the capture of images and videos by drone that show the dynamics of production and organization of the area under study. Likewise, interviews were carried out and questionnaires were applied to know the level of satisfaction of visitors, visitors or passers-by as a way of obtaining data that express the urbanity of the place. The results of the research reveal a plurality of actions, among them: appropriation of space, including defined territorialities, belonging and appreciation of the place, contemplative and incentive environments of Amazonian commerce and culture. It also demonstrates the spatial dynamics and presents the view of the collective sphere and social coexistence highlighting the relationship between the city of Boa Vista and the citizen, showing the importance of public space urbanity in the elaboration of public policies focused on the quality of life of the city.
