Resumo: This dissertation aimed to analyze the (re) production of urban space around public hospitals in Boa Vista-RR. The concern of the analysis is due to the fact that hospitals are vectors of reproduction, urban and social integration of space. The methodology started first with a bibliographic survey, with a documentary research, followed by a descriptive and explanatory study, providing greater familiarity with the issues raised. After these phases, there was field research, through the application of a questionnaire with city residents. The realization of these phases sought to analyze and understand how the process of choice of the place of implementation of each public hospital studied took place took place, as well as to identify and analyze the actions of the public authorities for the (re) production of the urban space of these hospitals, verify and understand the perception of good vistenses about the (re) production of urban space from HGR and HCSA hospitals. It is expected that the discussions portrayed in this dissertation can contribute as a source of information about the (re) production of the urban space around public hospitals in Boa Vista-RR. With the results of the application of the questionnaires, it was found that the majority of the interviewees have lived in Boa Vista for more than 15 years. However, the research revealed that there are many people from other Brazilian states and who came to Boa Vista in search of job opportunities and better living conditions, motivated by public tenders. About the performance of the government in Boa Vista, most people answered that it be good. Regarding changes in the urban landscape of the city, they considered that the urban landscape underwent changes, referencing the center and the neighborhoods of periphery.
