Resumo: Processes in software development, the adoption of agile methodologies has had significant growth. Realize the difficulty in carrying out a management information / communication in an agile environment. The objective of this work was to propose a management model of information / communication for agile development teams using the Scrum Framework, respecting the needs and particularities of this Framework. The methodology adopted for this work will be divided into three distinct phases consisting of the theoretical study, field research and creation of a proposed management model of information / communication in Scrum teams.
