Resumo: | Given the peculiarities and complexity of the drug phenomenon, which has become a serious public health problem in Brazil, public policies have been created toprioritize psychosocial-focused care, through the creation of psychosocial care centers, in which complementary integrative practices are tried to implement in the therapeutic process of these individuals. In this context, we bring an approach about thespiritual dimension of health from integrative practices, thus the spiritualdimension as recommended by the WHO since 1988. Therefore, we analyzed the influence of spirituality and religiosity in the therapeutic context of alcohol and drug users of the psychosocial care center alcohol and drugs III (CAPS AD). To consolidate our objectives, we applied an adapted open questionnaire, with specific questions about aspects of spirituality and religiosity in alcohol and drug users, in addition to a questionnaire that addressed the socioeconomic aspects of the users' profile. The sociodemographic and profile data of the users were tabulated in the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBMSPSS version 22.0) and analyzed by descriptive statistics in the form of absolute frequency, relative frequency and measures of central tendency and dispersion (mean and standard deviation). The data resulting from the interviews were analyzed using the technique of thematic content analysis, with the aid of the software Iramuteq (Interface of R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires). For data processing, the Descending Hierarchical Classification, The Similitude Analysis, and the extraction of the word cloud were performed. In the results, we present that the largest number of assisted are young men; that there is recognition that spirituality, as much as religiosity, assists in the therapeutic process of rehabilitation based on respect for the multidimensionality of the human being, in addition to the comprehension of biopsychosocial aspects. |
