Resumo: | The culinary language is so communicative that run through the cultural texts accrued the kitchen. Enabling of complexes mediations, the culinary occupies of cooking, as a technical act, in sharing and congregating social acts. The culinary resides equally in both spaces, manuscripts and virtual because it comes from a language that can be decoded in different cultural systems: isolated villages of natives, running through TV shows, passing over blogs, social media, magazines, tablets, and many media environment. There is a daily and domestic life, which shows itself and updates throughout modernity. The blogs of culinary recipes, known as virtual diaries, enable new forms of social interaction. From this point of finding, this work investigates the linguistic-discursive constitutive in practices of manuscripts writing which emigrates from the book's recipes; in this work called of culinary manuscripts; to blogs of culinary recipes which rises in this context of speech production. Thus, there are some guiding points that leads the main issue of this research: The texts which constitute the culinary recipes denotes the discursive gender whose they belong and organize themselves in a systematic relation and are also found, in this midwives, new paradigmatic symbols of social behavior of whom publishes the recipes, once the supports points to a new and covered world seen through the rules of behavior in work professional and social environment, what reveals a new course of these recipes not more restricted only in homeworld? This thesis is characterized as a Qualitative documentary, because intends to describe and register linguistic practices highlighting the changes, the unconscious mechanism of the identity of culinary recipes due to the blogs. The thesis for this research is held from the culinary blog's analysis that adapts themselves in a historical time of post-modernity; arising from the traditional culinary manuscripts, causing the self-configuration and updates in blogs, structuring and organizing spatiality, creating environment and scenarios through the cyberspace, as well as the culinary manuscripts, a symbolic fetish that forms as objects which is attributed the unique power in the search of transmission of culinary knowledge, representing then, a space for discursive practices proper to a subject on a certain historical condition. To understand this lathing of voices and interaction mediated by virtual supports, it is necessary take in consideration the theories which suits of basis to this research; the theory of circularity and movement of voices by Zumthor (1993, 1997, 2001); and the theory of discursive traditions in perspective of Kabatek (2006). Technical supports held by other theories, just as semiotic, multimodality and textual genders. All necessary to justify that the cultural and textual traditions can be aggregated in media recipes for the virtual interactions among people who “surf on the internet” and interact on blogs of culinary recipes. The research is unleveraged in “create facts”, but, understand and realize its cultural conditions. Some strategies of investigation and data collection, such as blog selection (which were previously chosen), work systematization: data collection, analysis of representation and fidelity of posts, gender mark of those who post, comment and publish, blog’s authorship and visitors, in addition to other analysis which were emerging throughout the research’s progress. Methodologically it is intended to verify how the culinary and gastronomy language qualifies the spaces where such texts of a culture born and transform themselves employing examples, looking forward to mapping an epistemological purpose of the birth of a language that operates its contents through the environment, regardless the chosen form. The feeding noticed as communication through the language as well as lyrics, voice, performance, interaction, publication, identity, subjective, and dialogue, the process of interaction and communication of the food and the mediatization of culinary recipes suggests a great discursive variety existed on media recipes. Demonstrating that the technology and its ramifications, which accompanies are changing the biding between the man and their food; in many circumstances, the food communicates more directly with the man than with its image. |
