Resumo: The gestational period is marked by psychic changes and marked by maternal physiological growth that characterize fetal development. Despite this, some situations can present themselves as threats to the health of the pregnant woman and/or the fetus. Thus, the investigation of health risk situations projected or throughout pregnancy, leading to a prenatal classification. At this stage, it is necessary to carry out assiduous monitoring by primary care health professionals in order to assess the current health status, provide guidance on care and prevention, investigate, diagnose and treat pre-existing diseases and complications in order to do so, reduce the risks and possible harm at the time of delivery. In this sense, the present study aims to analyze the possible factors for the objective state of Paraíba during gestational risk, Brazil This is a cross-sectional, exploratory and descriptive study of approach. The research consisted of 1.87 pregnant women who were assisted during the Caravan of the Rede Cuidar in the State of Paraíba and registered in a database entitled Estudos das Marias. The analysis of interest of the study consists of three stages: first, an exploratory analysis of the data was experimented, in the second part, inferences were made through the not-to-square and fisher tests to identify the behavior of the variables according to according to the axes studied. Finally, in the third stage, considering the changes and arrangement of the variables that were associated with the gestational risk classification, in order to independently estimate the odds ratio for each variable, it was applied to the variables that showed significance (p-value ≤ 0.20), the statistical model of binary logistic regression for decision making in relation to the assessment of possible factors that influence the high risk of pregnancy. At the 95% confidence level, it can be inferred that there is a significant association between the variable classification of gestational risk and the following variables: age group, level of education, macro-region of health, range of the number of prenatal consultations, classification prenatal consultations, vaccination status, use of other drugs, classification regarding pregnancy and parity, altered blood pressure, risk of preterm delivery, history of premature delivery, evaluation of blood count, syphilis or hepatitis or HIV tests, classification of glucose and the presence of anemia. Furthermore, the results of the ROC Curve showed that the model correctly classifies the individuals studied. In view of the above, through this study it was possible to analyze the sociodemographic, clinical-epidemiological profile of pregnant women and the main variables to be investigated during prenatal consultations so that the gestational risk, the fragilities can be detected and from that, decision-making takes place with the aim of reducing complications and reducing the maternal-fetal morbidity and mortality rate.
