Resumo: In the setting of the informational society, the socio-cultural and political-economic globalization, associated with the scientific-technological evolution and with the convergence of the digital media, has contextualized (trans)formative actions in the management of the organizations that increasingly become complex and learners. Revealing possibilities of social intervention and the strengthening of communicative ecosystems, the educommunication arises in this context, waving didactic-pedagogical relevance to educational processes, independent of the level and/or mode. This research aims to prospect radio panels in the context of the formation in Archivology from the light of the educommunication, starting from the issue: how to characterize educommunicational contents to the radio in the context of the formation in Archivology? Guided by this concern, we have developed a study of theoretical nature and qualitative approach, potencially able to be applied later, from the presented configuration. Starting from the extension project of the State University of Paraiba (UEPB), On the waves of the radio , that produces radio programs used for mediation of academic contents in Archivology, we have developed the prospect of radiophonic panels , a compound to be provided in podcast, in the electronic address of the course, combining the following products: the radiophonic script, the produced radio program, radiodynamical elements (photographic content, videos, audios, interviews) and inter-text with hiperlinks. The research has been developed from a conceptual basis that considered three main theoretical nuances: a) organizational learners; b) educommunication and c) public sphere, in the search for the characterization of educommunicative contents that would make knowledges more dynamic and would make possible the strengthening of communicative ecosystems and human emancipation, through the perspective of the intervention in the teaching and learning processes proposed by the principles of educommunication. The work is related to the formation in Archivology (Campus V of UEPB), supporting itself in the possibilities of the radio as a favorable resource to the socialization of innovative teaching contents in the context of open learning. The work highlights the academic component Fundamentals of Archivology as long as it is particularly significant to the beginning of the archivist formation process as a professional of information.
