Resumo: | Historically, consumption of alcohol and other drugs was perceived in our country as a case of public security and justice. Therefore, consumers have always been treated as persons of dubious character and disturbing public order. However, currently, there are in the texts of federal laws and guidelines of Drug Policy, elements such as: reducing risks to life, prevention, social reintegration and intersectoral. So, considering the importance of these policies, this study aimed to analyze how a team of 23 inserted professionals in a CAPS AD in the city of Cabedelo / PB articulated movements together with the other social policies from intersectoral to satisfy the demands focused on the treating the excessive use of psychoactive substances (crack, alcohol and other drugs). From a descriptive and exploratory research, which also uses the historical and dialectical method of apprehending reality, initially we did a literature research historicizing state interventions in the field of social policies. We note that the concept of intersectionality appears in several recent official documents. Besides the theoretical material, an empirical material from a quantitative and qualitative approach was produced through the notes in the field diary and the transcript of the testimony of a focus group conducted between May-July 2014 with 09 professionals and a psychology intern. With the transcript of the testimony of the 10 participants, and conducting content analysis proposed by Bardin (1977), it became clear that while there was recognition of the need to attend the many demands of users, the same service does not have a permanent agenda of dialogue with other devices of network. Despite considering some moves in relation to intersectoral joints, there was the difficulty of links with other social policies, both in the management and professional technical level. Thus, we conclude that the structural problems of CAPS AD can only be solved after the overcoming of these contradictions in an attempt to unravel the complexities of social reality in the territory covered by these users. |
