Resumo: | The main objective of this dissertation is to study the reality of neodevelopment and its impacts on the rights of the working class during the governments of the Workers Party - PT in Brazil, identifying the tendency towards the end of this cycle that has been pointed out since mid - (2011-2014) of President Dilma Rousseff. Our research started from the hypothesis that the development cycle administered by the PT governments, since 2013, showed tendencies to have come to an end. In addition to the protests that took place in the main capitals of the country, we took as a basis the increase in inflation and unemployment, the stagnation of social spending and the increase in the minimum wage, and a significant reduction in consumption and access to credit, Which was extremely significant during the PT governments. Our research had a theoretical character, so we sought to read, analyze and systematize the main works dealing with the theme of neodevelopment, performing a counterpoint among those who defend it as a moment of overcoming neoliberalism such as Bresser-Pereira and Emir Sader, and those who Pointed him as an inflection of the neo-liberal model presented ideologically as post-neoliberal, as Castelo, Gonçalves and Rojas. We also used secondary data provided by IBGE, DIEESE, IPEA, MDS, ECLAC, Central Bank and UN, in order to extract even more determinants from the reality we are researching. We use the dialectical historical materialist method, which, through successive approximations of reality, allows us to compose an analysis that transcends the curtains of appearance, reaching the essence of the object studied. |
