This work presents the importance of management and participative planning of the school work, systematized by means of a Pedagogical Proposal that contributes to improve the matter of organization and quality of teaching processes. The aim of this research was to analyze to what extent the School Management acts, by means of interdisciplinarity, in the elaboration and implementation of the Pedagogical Proposal. The research occurred in a public municipal Field School, located in a district from Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, through a qualitative like case study. The data collection was done in 2019, with questionnaires and rounds of talk. From the data collection, a sample of eight participants, categories were elaborated to analyze the results with the Content Analysis method. It was concluded that the practices done at the observed school contemplate in many aspects the context of the Field Student. It is important to highlight that the continuing formation proposed by the group of managers and educators promoted the reflection and resignification of pedagogical practices and of the educator's conceptions about the themes approached. Thus, it was possible to provide the participants opportunities to build new knowledge with the commitment of all in an interdisciplinary project, associated to the Field School. |
