Resumo: |
Introduction: nutritional disorders can be characterized as alterations resulting from insufficient/excessive intake or poor absorption of food. These deficiencies can lead to skin changes, called nutritional dermatoses. Objectives: to identify scientific evidence about dermatological manifestations related to nutritional disorders in childhood and develop an informative e-book on dermatological manifestations related to nutritional disorders in childhood for primary care professionals. Methodology: this research is part of an anchor project entitled Qualification of multiprofessional health monitoring of children’s growth and development in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul, approved in the call DECIT/SCTIE/MS-CNPQ-FAPERGS 08/2020 -program for the SUS: Shared Health Management - PPSUS, with funding from the Research Support Foundation of Rio Grande do Sul (FAPERGS). It is being developed with Primary Care professionals who provide child care in a municipality located in the central region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. In this study, the construction of the technological product “e-book on dermatological manifestations related to nutritional disorders in childhood” was developed, classified according to Qualis Produção Técnica - Capes as didactic material T1 = 100 points, systematized in the following stages: literature review; identification of professionals’ knowledge; qualification for professionals; elaboration of the layout and text of the material and presentation of the e-book. The process of preparation of the e-book took place from November 2021 to April 2022. The project received approval from the ethics committee under number 4,364,999. Concomitantly, an integrative literature review was carried out in March 2022, using the Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS), PubMed and Scopus databases, as well as specific search strategies for each one from them. Twelve studies were selected and organized into four thematic axes. Results: it was found that cutaneous dermatoses caused by nutritional deficiencies in children are clinical findings that are still little explored in the literature, but the studies found demonstrate the importance of knowledge on the subject. The construction of the e-book, with health professionals, enabled the development of a material that meets the needs in the context of Primary Care. Final considerations: the dissemination of knowledge on the subject is of paramount importance to the timely identification and treatment of changes in children’s health. For this purpose, informative and educational materials, such as an e-book, will be able to prepare health professionals and make the theme to become part of clinical investigations. The product and its applicability: the construction of the e-book made it possible to develop a material that met the needs in the context of Primary Care. This material has the possibility of impacting in the medium and long term the actions of Primary Care professionals. In addition, it has potential of replicability in scenarios similar to what is proposed. |
