Resumo: Cancer in children and adolescents is a public health problem, as it is the first cause of child death resulting from diseases. The diagnosis of cancer in childhood generates an abrupt change in habits and is associated with an intensive routine of tests, invasive procedures and long periods of hospitalization. Chemotherapy is the most used form of antineoplastic treatment today. The child with cancer, hospitalized for treatment, experiences a variety of feelings, such as fear, anger, sadness and stress resulting from the change in routine, even during the time that he receives intravenous chemotherapy, he needs to be restricted to the bed. However, some of these treatment-related factors can be alleviated through recreational activities. Objective: To identify in the scientific literature what has been produced about ludic approaches for children with cancer undergoing antineoplastic treatment and to develop a ludic and interactive technological product for children with cancer undergoing antineoplastic treatment. Materials and methods: for the development of playful and interactive technology, the User-Centered Design methodology was used, which has the user as the center of the creation process and was developed in four stages: observation, generation of ideas, prototyping and testing. A technological and interactive device was developed, which will be handled by children with cancer during the infusion of intravenous antineoplastic chemotherapies. To justify the importance of product development, an integrative review was carried out in the databases PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature and Scopus. Results: the product is an interactive box, called the Caixinha do Poder, which serves as a wrapper for the medication, made by 3D printing, with LEDs and sounds, which will be attached around the antineoplastic by the nurses. And, as for the integrative review, the evidence shows that the development of playful and interactive products reduce the child's suffering, provide well-being and distraction. Final considerations: this playful and interactive technological product will contribute to the qualification of care for children with cancer undergoing antineoplastic treatment, as well as having the purpose of reducing anxiety, fear and stress resulting from antineoplastic treatment. Product generated and applicability: the Caixinha do Poder is interactive, attractive, easy to handle and has an impact on the treatment of children with neoplasms according to the evaluation of professionals.
